Hotel CLARUM 101

Nice staff. Very clean but furniture and bathrooms pretty bad. Needs maintenance and remodeling.

Doing some remodeling but other than that great. Very nice place.

The Chapalita area is very safe and convenient.

We arrived late, so maybe that's why our room was so funky. The room was small, on street level with big shades over the windows and no air conditioning. The light switches were hard to figure out and the entrance, closet area and room were all separated into different areas, giving the room a disjointed feeling. The shower was very slippery and unsanitary looking. Also, they provided almost NO drinking water, except for very small waters you can buy. I found that very cheap -- especially for the cost of the room. As others have said, the bed was very comfortable and the staff, especially the night manager, were great; but we won't go back.

Everything very nice but no hot water first day....We were in room 1 and last on the line for hot water.
