Showing its age. All the pools were dirty. The lazy river had a terrible musky smell. Some guests had a dog swimming with them in the lazy river. We chose this resort because we have severe pet allergies and policy stated no pets except service animals. Our bed had a sharp piece of metal that required repair. Not the experience we expected from Bay View Resort. ☹️
USThe beach was amazing.
Leftover food was left in our microwave from the previous guest. Our shower curtain was also filthy we took it down and requested another one, we didn't receive a new/clean one until a full day. We had to shower without a curtain wetting the entire bathroom.
