I loved the shower, what a great clock, it gives you the temperature and how much water you have taken for your shower.

The girls are sweet but incapable to make any decisions, the hotel really needs management to oversee and make it a better place to stay.

"Ok value for the price but I would select a different hotel if I am in the area again."

There was a decent selection for breakfast, a little strange that when you check in you need to fill out a paper with selections for the morning but overall the food and service was very friendly.

Hotel was very old and parking area was very small and cramped, fortunately we didn't arrive too late and were able to find a spot easily. Room was old and outdated and typical of Europe the drains in the bathroom had a sewer smell that you could smell in room and hallway. Windows were very old and drafty and did not help with road noise. Carpeting in the room was also musty/mildewy so this caused some allergy issues for us.

Very attentive staff. Room on ground floor useful for someone with mobility issues. Location was excellent for someone competing at Blaise Castle. Loved the hi tech shower.

Room, although very comfortable, was cold until the heating came on. No additional form of heating.

"Disappointing this time"

When I got there staff were lovely but didn’t mention there was no hot water. When I raised it on trying to have a shower it had clearly been a problem for a while. So there was no hot water until the following morning. The radiators went off in the night too so the room got cold. This was a known issue when I booked so i should have been told (I’d have gone somewhere else!). Room service (dinner) was good although a long wait and breakfast was good too. A shame as I’ve had some nice stays there before.
