Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars

Great place to stay

Room was super noisy, there are bars right next to the hotel and the room windows are huge - floor to ceiling on all walls. I don’t think they had double glass as I could hear every car o motorcycle passing by, people yelling in the streets and of course the music and people noise from the bar close by. They even put earplugs in your room so I believe they know about this issue.

My colleagues and I had an absolutely FABULOUS stay at Le Parc. The staff truly went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time, including opening up the rooftop pool for us to have an evening swim and giving us detailed advice for ways to navigate Quito during Santa Semana. I would highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel. Extremely nice and almost fancy. Front desk was super helpful too and helped us lineup shuttles and tours. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location too that was close to lots of restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff at the reception were really rude and treated us with little respect

They had 6 hrs to tell us in advance that they had a plumbing problem and could not offer us the room we had reserved until we arrived. They set us up at an inferior hotel in the area, delaying our check in by 45 minutes when time was a crucial element for us, and did not allow us the opportunity to find a different hotel of our choices as once we had arrived it was to late to exercise that option.

It was a nightmare! I arrived at 9:30pm and at the lobby told me that they were fully booked and no rooms! They provided me a room at the residencial area…but it was very cold I was freezing and I call the security who told me, he cannot do anything because he didn’t have any registration under my name….he called the lobby and they send another guy and they took so long to finally get me another room. On the new room was no TV because it wasn’t connected to the WiFi! They wanted to check for another room but it was 12:30am and I told him I was so tired! Anyway a total disaster

Very new building, everything clean and tidy. Very nice view from my room. The welcome drinks were excellent

I loved the delivered hot water bottle and care from the staff. Thank you Le Parc!
