Topp Lage, herzliches, tschechiches Personal und beste Tagesorganisation!

Es fehlte ein klrines, kostengünstiges Zwischendurch-Angebot für den kleinen Hunger. Fehlt leider bei allen Ahorn-Hotels.

Zum Frühstück und Abendessen gab es eine mehr als reichliche Auswahl. Alles sehr lecker. Der Speisesaal ist sehr groß, aber gut gedämmt. Trotz vieler Gäste - auch vieler Kinder im Familienhotel . haben wir uns immer wohl gefühlt. Es gab kaum Wartezeiten am Buffet und keinen Mangel. Es wurde immer prompt nachgelegt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.

Das Angebot für Kinder war sehr gut. Schwimmbad, Tobeland und Spielzimmer haben unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Auch Yoki Ahorn war ein morgendliches Highlight. Das Zimmer war sauber. Zum Frühstück und Abendessen gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben uns immer direkt weitergeholfen.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Das Kinderbuffet ist eine gute Idee, Schokoküsse und weiteres Süßes gehören aber aus unsere Sicht nicht ständig auf das Kinderbuffet. Das Personal im Restaurant hätte teilweise freundlicher sein können. Dass es Sitzerhöhungen für Kinder gibt, haben wir erst am letzten Tag zufällig gesehen.
