The staff is very helpful and friendly, they treat you like family, we are was saying 3th time and no disappointment!! I’m highly recommend!!

Overall, the hotel is a great value. Its in a good location in Praiano and is about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The local bus (which runs in Praiano and Positano) is right outside the hotel and the main bus is just a couple minute walk down the street. There is a not a LOT to do in Praiano so its important to keep in mind that you most likely will have to take a bus to another town for an activity/excursion etc. unless you research in advance to find boats that will pick you up in Praiano (which is possible). The busses can be crowded and do not always stay on schedule. There is a great restaurant (Kasai) right down the street but make sure you make a reservation! The biggest downside of this property is that the beds are very uncomfortable - you can actually feel the springs through the mattress.

The views at this hotel are fabulous and the staff are very friendly. Not to mention, the location is close to everything you need in Praiano. The rooms are outdated and the bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It was very hard to sleep with all of the springs poking out. The hotel is fine if you don’t plan on spending any time there and you don’t mind an uncomfortable bed. Essentially, you’re just paying for the view at this hotel.

One worker was very friendly and helpful. The other - a woman with long hair - was always upset. She was very upset with another couple who took the sheets off their bed. But views were great , you could walk to several restaurants, parking was free and secure next to hotel and breakfast was very good.

Easy access from the road.... no stairs to climb to get to lobby. Hotel also has elevator for those in need. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The views from the balcony rooms are amazing and worth it. Breakfast was also great with multiple options and great coffee service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great views good staff but inflexible with rules such as 11am parking... get out!

Simple and clean accommodation in a good location I in Praiano. No pool on premises. Breakfast only available. Courteous and accommodating staff.
