Sleep Inn & Suites Gettysburg

Très propre, belle chambre,lit confortable. A proximité des attractions de Gettysburg. Super séjour.

Decent property, felt safe and clean enough. Staff came to the desk when I checked in initially but I didn't see them after that.

I did not ask for a handicap room but that is what I got. Shower was awkward.The ceiling in the bathroom was damaged. Checked in and the person at the desk gave me zero information about the amenities. Breakfast was sparse- coffee was dreadful. Checking out- nobody asked about our stay. Apparently they could have cared less.

The entry way windows could be cleaned. Otherwise the room was excellant and clean.

Room & staff were nice, but breakfast was lacking.

Everything was perfect except that the hotel had an odd smell and the closet door in our room was damaged (hole in door).

Since this was the first time we've visited Gettysburg, we knew nothing about the area. We've had good luck staying in Sleep Inn's before, so we tried this one. Everything about the place outside of our room was fine - close to shopping, relatively close to the visitor's center of the Battlefield Museum and a variety of places to eat. Our only "complaint" is that we stayed in a non-smoking room (maybe all of them are??). When we walked into the room the first time, the door to the bathroom was closed. When my wife opened it, the smell of smoke was VERY noticeable!! In this unit, when you turned the light on for the bathroom, the ceiling ventilating fan automatically came on. We left the light on with the ventilating fan running for over an hour. This helped, but even after our 3rd day in this unit, you could still smell the odor of smoke - not as strong as it was the first day.

Improve on breakfast Travellers do need fruits.For breakfast otherwise our stay was ok.

Room was unsafe and had bad electrical issues. Didnt want to give us a new room eventually did and had stains on the floor, counter and bed. They didn’t want to give full refund. Expedia got me my money back
