Friendly staff especially the bar staff.

Breakfast was too busy and never any tables to sit at not manage well enough and to be told we can sit outside when it was freezing not impressed. Tea and coffee served always cold

Personnel toujours tres attentioné et sympathique, Batiment agreable, situé a Sliema mais dans une rue tranquille.

Je ne sais pas si l'hotel etait plein mais la chambre n'est pas la meilleure que j'ai eu dans cette categorie lors de mes precedentes visites. Je pense que n'importe quel personnel a la reception d'un hotel devrait etre sensibilisé au fait de ne pas donner la chambre en debut de couloir, forcement toujours plus bruyante lorsque d'autres chambres sont disponibles.
