"Modern hotel with excellent management."

For those who like newer facilities, the hotel was modern and had a lovely spa. The rooms were huge with state of the art showers. We were most impressed with the hotel manager, Girolamo Liga, who took the time to explain the hotel amenities and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We totally appreciated his excellent professionalism.

"Bello soprattutto Mazara del Vallo."

Colazione a buffet, molto variegata, pranzo a buffet molto ricco di scelte. Qualità del cibo discreta. Bar ben attrezzato, presenza di piano bar. La SPA è ben attrezzata con sauna, bagno turco, piscina coperta e massaggi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Un elogio al direttore che si è dimostrato molto professionale.

Il confort acustico della camera nella quale ho alloggiato e della hall sono migliorabili. Probabilmente dovuto agli impianti tecnologici che necessitano di una qualche manutenzione.

"Relax"

Immersa nel verde la struttura offre la tranquillità ricercata per chi vuole ricaricarsi dalla quotidianità. Camera spaziosa e ben rifinita. Bottiglie d acqua e dolcetti di benvenuto. Cena buffet ben gradita con scelta di cibo non indifferente. Colazione continentale bel assortita. LA SPA, è posta al piano interrato dotata di un ampia piscina con zone relax al suo interno e una sauna separata e una zona relax dove gustare una tisana.

Da migliorare: - aumento di 5€ della cena rispetto al prezzo comunicato telefonicamente, - alcuni getti della piscina sono guasti ed andrebbero sostituiti, - il kit per la SPA che trovi in camera dovrebbe contenere già il kimono per consentire all'ospite di scendere senza effetti personali. - rubinetteria lavabo bagno camera da sostituire perché mostra i segni d 'usura.

Style, espace surtout dans les espaces communs

Hôtel et équipements mal entretenus (chosescassées, ampoules manquantes ou qui ne fonctionnent pas, douche qui deborde, etc), qualité du petit-déjeuner moyenne (par exemple, jus de fruit horrible), prix très élevé du restaurant buffet, informations fausses ou peu claires sur utilisation de la piscine
