The doors slam too loudly made worse by the sign at elevator that said “if you let the door slam, you will be asked to leave without a refund” as if the door issue is the customers fault. There was a chunk of counter missing in the bathroom. The telephone cord wasn’t connected to the phone and I couldn’t hear my call. The person who checked me in was very nice but the other worker (seemed like the boss) was very surly. I could hear him yelling at someone and he was short with me.

The biscuits were rock hard and the sausages a bit tough. Disappointed with the breakfast options. apples were the only fruit choice. Room was great. Breakfast.. not so great.

Facility is clean and well maintained. Very nice pool and hot tub. Fitness equipment older but still functional. Staff very professional, and I’m impressed with the room.
