The staff was good, not really talkative though. The size of the room was good.. The location was excellent for why we needed to stay there.

The room was a little dirty, spots all over the walls like something splattered on them, there was hair in the bathtub. The toilet seat was stained with I don't know what. Even though it was "free" breakfast was kinda lousy.

We liked the area as its nearby my Uncles house. We have stayed here a few times in the past. It does the job and the places we like to visit are nearby as well. Saves on gas especially if you have a rental car.

Bath tub had no stopper when asked for one was told they would bring it . Never showed up, next morning was told they were tired so just didn't do it.

Great location for the event we were attending.

Our room looked like it was under construction. The door had paint marks all over it and the floor felt gross, The AC unit vents were broken, the bathroom carried the same look, there was paint around the tub, you can tell where the old toilet was and the new ones was not bolted down. I took pictures of most of the room.

Week day breakfast was a little lacking but weekend was better

Fire alarm went off several times . The first couple times it frightened my wife. Statt had no explanation. The last times firemen said false alarm.

I liked the choice of a free breakfast. I loved the location to the fair, so I could walk and not worry about Ubers or driving after a long day. I loved the size of the room having 3 kids and 2 adults, we had plenty of space to sleep with the pull out couch. It was clean with microwave, fridge, and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool. The person that checked us in was courteous and helpful in making parking space when there was none due to a camper with trailer taking up space.

Few things that I would suggest to match the price of paying almost $400/night during the fair. New nice cotton towels because they were very thin and rough. Also for a room that sleeps 6 there were only 4 towels in the room and one tiny bottle each of cheap shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no body wash. I would suggest the better & larger refill bottles mounted in the shower of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that most hotels of that price have. Not very good water pressure in the shower, but it worked. Showing up to no parking spot, although the front desk made one for us. I thought the price was outrages! I would have stayed more than 1 night and enjoyed the fair instead of rushing through it had it been cheaper.

It was very dirty, water was dripping from in bathroom., carpet was, dirty,, smelled terrible. There were a pair of dirty underware laying in the hallway. Just not a very nice place to stay. We will not be returning. The staff were extremely nice, that was the only good thing.
