It was close to the event we were attending

The pool had mold, the bathrooms and sinks had ants, the bedding was stained, the shower curtain rod was broken in the bathroom, there were burn stains in the bedding and on the bathtub. The walls were so thin you could hear EVERYTHING in the halls and connecting rooms.

On going parties. People were really loud keeping us up most of the night. No coffee maker the the room.

The carpet is old and looks very dirty. the bad towels are old and very small.and bathing sheets have yellow stains…

The door was sprung, The hair dryer didn't work and the shampoo was used and no conditioner

Absolutely nothing. The staff seemed disinterested. The room was the smallest I've ever stayed in. The inside of the building was in disrepair.

It's a great place to meet some of Des Moines sketchiest characters. I would guess there's a brisk drug trade going on there from the number of people who came and went. Breakfast was a joke. A loaf of white bread and a waffle machine. To top it off, the pet charge was $25. That made the mini room as expensive as going to a decent hotel. Do yourself a favor. Pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else...anywhere else!
