After staying here for a night, I am shocked to see how low the overall scores are. I am very critical of hotels (see my other reviews), but I was very pleased with this Residence Inn. We arrived late, 1 AM on a Friday Morning. The clerk at the front desk was exceptional. It was the best check in experience that I have had at a US hotel in years. He was prepared, professional, and welcoming. Could not have been better. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The bedding was modern and comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. We were in a 1 bedroom unit. The bathroom was large enough, with average quality towels, good water pressure and hot water available quickly. We were only there one night, so did not take advantage of facilities like the pool or gym, but for all the basics - clean, comfortable, good service this hotel checks all the boxes

Boarderline dissatisfied with the pillows but besides that my stay was excellent!

I was disappointed at check in. I wasn't asked if I was a member. I wasn't told the breakfast times. But most importantly I was not advised that the pool was closed. Then at 6 am the next morning I was alerted to an additional charge from my credit card company. I had to go to front desk to dispute, still watching to be sure it's corrected.

The suite was great. The service was nice.

The rooms were really great and felt like home away from home

Room was great. Staff was nice. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Was hoping for waffles but they didn’t have a waffle maker. Sofa couch mattress was very thin. It like I was sleeping on the floor and the floor had springs. We loved the the place. All ready recommended to other people.
