The Aventis Inn

The room needs repair - the sill between the sink area and room was taped in place and this did not hold. Picture glass cracked, lamp shades cracked, lots of light gets into the room from the front and the bathroom window. The door would not lock from the inside. The walls are very thin so the one "neighbor" partied all night and I could not sleep. The room smelled like smoke although supposed to be no smoking.

I dint like that you have to pay more money to have a smart tv in your room , to access Netflix, prime things like that is ridiculous

De ligging. Schone bedden.

De airco was heel vies. Heb deze zelf schoongemaakt. De bedden waren niet correct opgemaakt waardoor ik op het terras sliep. De douche had geen haakjes om iets aan op te hangen. Geen wc rol houder. De vloer voelde erg vies aan.

No breakfast. Not even coffee in the room to make it even though there was a pot and cups.

I don't like that they double billed us $181 and had to dispute the charges with our bank even though we had proof of payment. The office was less than helpful. We have been staying here since 2016 when it was the Passport. We NEVER had issues. The toilet seat was broken. They probably try to charge us even though we told them about it. Not a good stay at all.

motel is under renovations. boxes and trash everywhere. workers drilling in rooms into the night. no maid service. no ice. no kleenex. staff unfriendly, had to wake up someone to check out at 8:30 am. no drain stopper in bath tub.
