Both check-in and check-out staff members were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast area staff were amazing. It was particularly busy but they managed to keep everything flowing smoothly and were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to all!!

Great location, only a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were well maintained but a little dated. Breakfast was adequate but crowded. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

"Quick Trip"

Great location close to marina and downtown Gananoque. Breakfast was excellent too. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned properly but was clean otherwise.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly. There is no hot drinking water available at all. One has to pay for the parking.
