Great location to access thousand islands and walk around Gananoque. The extra charge for parking seems unnecessary. The breakfast was mediocre and served on disposable plates and cutlery!!?? Too much waste. No electric vehicle charging station. Clean and spacious rooms

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and the breakfast was much better. Moreover, the parking was included. We were surprised to pay additional fees during our check-in. While we were booking the room, there was information about included parking

All good. One thing that was annoying is when you stay more than one night the keys have to be reactivated each day which didn’t make sense. Few other guests had the same complaint. They should fix it. Overall a very nice and convenient place to stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. However, the bathroom facilities are quite dated, and the toilet is very low, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Breakfast was rather simple and lacked variety.

On nous a facturé un coût de 15$ par nuit pour le stationnement. Je trouve déplorable qu'un hébergement de ce genre facture la clientèle pour le stationnement du véhicule principale. Il se fait plutôt rare de voyager à pied dans ce secteur... en plus que la photo principale démontre un beau stationnement mais quand tu arrive sur place, sors tes $$$ on te facture le parking. Désolant, je n'avais jamais vu ça, surtout venant d'une grande chaîne comme celle-ci.
