The Beaches Hotel and Spa

Great location, friendly helpful staff on the front desk. Lovely see view and relaxing. Great facilities lovely relaxing few days.

Bit slow service on food, breakfast and dinner. Someone was sick by the pool and the parent washed it off with shower and didn’t tell the staff. So not an issue with hotel but put us off going back in the pool

The property was in a great location, so close to shops and restaurants/pubs only a 5 minute drive away. I liked that we could use the car and come and go as we pleased and not get charged for parking Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful.

we didn’t like that there wasn’t any air on as we came on a very hot week our room was very hot and unbearable for the last night we stayed. We were supplied with fans to make it better Our shower was quite small which made it hard to move around in. We also were disappointed with the pool outside door. We asked on the second day why we couldn’t use it to be told it was broken and was never fixed.

Everything, we had an issue with the blind and we were offered a new room as it was late and couldn't be fixed

The hotel is in an amazing location, right on the promenade and beach. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, The swimming pool and spa was brilliant, the food was lovely and everywhere was clean, tidy and well thought out for a lovely break.

To be super picky, I’d take a fan for the room if it’s hot weather as very hot in the room.

Enjoyed the whole experience. Very comfortable.

Had a sky light in the room no proper window.

The staff was very friendly.

The rooms were very dirty (the towels were not clean, there were black stripes on the bed, the shower was dirty and there was mold on the tiles, and the whole window was very dirty)
