GBThe view from the room balcony was incredible the hotel is in a beautiful setting and the room itself was really nice. We also used the Amber Rose Spa and enjoyed it there. We enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding and the hotel is in a perfect setting for this with a private beach and jetty to set off from. The village of Luss nearby is also lovely.
Room service stops at 2030 it wouldve been good if it went on a little later
GBRoom was good (apart from awkward shower position in the middle of the bath)as was the hotels location.

The property itself is stunning, nothing to fault about the hotel itself. 9/10 as we felt breakfast could have been a little better.
GBLocation. Beautiful views of Loch Lomond. Powerful shower. The restaurant was lovely, the views stunning. Breakfast was amazingly well stocked. Mix of continental and freshly cooked.
It was clean but ‘tired’ round the edges. The beach area directly under the fire pit area needs new life put into it. Staff were pleasant but seemed somewhat distracted. Service charge put onto meal without consent and absolutely no mention of it.
