The staff were not polite and appeared to lack training. Food was taken to wrong table and then slapped down in front of wrong person. Reception staff off hand and rude.
GBGreat location goes without saying but the attention to detail to make the most of the view from the rooms and dining room was perfect. But then the staff were all so pleasant and welcoming which really made it. Dog friendly was a bonus. It was probably the cleanest place I've stayed, big comfortable beds, bathroom with an actual bath in it, not like a Hilton!
