AUAUAUThe owner was amazing to communicate with, the room was amazing and had all the finer (salt and pepper ect) very clean and tidy. Amazing location also.
Car parking was street parking only. Thankfully had no issues finding a park and using the app.
AUThe apartment was close to all the Cairns attractions. We especially liked the small touches of coffee, tea, milk and shampoo and conditioner which made our stay very comfortable
Unfortunately the pots and pans in the cupboard had not been washed properly so we had to clean them prior to using them. Perhaps housekeeping need to be advised to check these items.
AUGood, central location, easy to walk to everything in central Cairns.
AUGreat location with easy access shops, waterfront, lagoon, etc. We knew there was no parking with our booking and it was so easy to get around that was totally fine.
The accommodation was no longer a hotel with reception facilities so there was a problem for us to check in! An information and instruction email for key pickup had not been issued after booking. We tried all the possible phone numbers and left messages and it was some time before a return call came to us and the handymart who held the keys. It was very stressful with me running back and forward from the Oasis to the mart and luckily talking to the security guy who guessed which unit it was.

AULove, love, this apartment, especially the little things that a lot of places do not include, eg: salt, pepper, paper towel and choice of firm or soft pillows. This apartment is so well planned and also soo handy to all excursions that you would want to do. Thanking you, will book again.
