USFirst time to stay in this hotel after traveling to CC for years. Concept of a few rooms is good but service is lacking. Person at desk could not recommend a restaurant for diner other than Water Street which we know to be crowded and loud with average food. After being out all day, the room was not touched other than to make the bed. Felt that my car was exposed being parked overnight in an empty parking lot. No coffee in the lounge area. Wanted some matches to light a candle but were told none available since the facility is non smoking.
We really enjoyed the staff service and we were very happy with the room and the price for it. I would definitely use this place again.
This hotel was not clean enough to only have a select number of rooms. Could have been better.
This was my first stay in a boutique hotel and V did not disappoint. The room was well apportioned and homey. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor and hallway noise was virtually non-existent. For virtually the same price as staying at one of the fancier chain hotels, book here and experience the boutique way of life.

I love the atmosphere this hotel brings. The comfort and coziness of the room was great. Only issue we had was the light bulb above the shower in the bathroom was out and they did not have a replacement so it made it a little dark but other than that we had a great stay.
Nice Hotel. We will stay at it again. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It is a very small hotel on the 2nd floor above a Vietnamese restaurant. We did not smell the food at all on the 2nd floor. This was very close to the Concrete amphitheater where we went to see a concert. Close to the water.
My GF and I were quite worried about the place when we first drove up. Somewhat dilapidated exterior and parking lot. Once up on the 2nd floor, things looked a lot better. The room itself was quite nice. All in all, main gripes were the door lock and the lack of an attendant at the counter much of the time. At checkout time it took quite awhile for the young lady to get back to the front desk.
We were given the room that was steps from receptionist desk so that was not good and the room was very small. But it was nice & clean.
