World Tour Golf Resort

I made reservations with Hotel.com. We arrived at resort after hours and there is no main office only condos. There were no directions on my reservation about key pick or room number. I spent over an hour calling resort with no answer and Hotels.com were of no help. We ended up renting something on our own. To top this off this hotel charged my card and will not refund me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Luckily I used my AMX card and they will fight this battle and I will be refunded with no help from this resort.

Condo was not very clean. stains on floor, sheets, walls. bed skirt in 2nd bed room had been ripped at the seem they just tucked it under Lil more to cover it. tvs where older tube tvs no hd. "king" bed was 2 smaller beds pushed together with king sheet on top. could slide in between. headboard was not attached to anything. would not recommend for couples. small holes in walls cheap cover ups.

My first night at the world tour resort was horrible. The receptionists I spoke to were incompetent. I arrived after hours and I was put on agoose chase to find my check in location. I was sent to 3 different locations. Took me 3 hours and multiple conversations with different receptionists until I finally spoke to one that knew what she was doing. The resort is clean and comfortable but there was nothing to do there. There is not even a pool.To say the least I would not be staying at the world tour golf resort again.

Would definitely use this resource again

The ad for World Tour Golf Resort provided ample photos and amenity details to allow me to decide to book a long weekend for my husband, myself and my in-laws who are in their 70's. We arranged for late check-in and arrived after 10:30 to retrieve keys and map from the specified lock box. That is when I learned that we were booked in a completely different property than I reserved online. The next morning, I took my booking information to the management company for an explanation and they blamed Hotels.com for the mix up and state it happens all the time. They did give us a new condo at the the property we reserved but I would not book with this company again for fear they would do the same thing again--this feels very much like a bait and switch scheme.
