Hotel rooms were good and clean. Staff was friendly. They even helped us with food for our baby, although did not follow the instructions completely for preparations but still service was good.

Food was not good at all. I booked for half board for a couple of days but not a single day had a buffet dinner, was provides with a very limited menu which was not with a good taste at all.

Ease, the staff. Gym was superb, location- I ended up giving a video testimonial. What I loved was, my daughter was talking with a friend till about 4 am (teenagers!!) And the security guy asked her to use the banquet hall! I mean the care and calmness these folks have - who does it! So I would recommend this anytime! And yea, they gave us late (VERY LATE) checkout by 4 hours at 800 rs.. which is really cool!

They should definitely invest in a pool. It will add so much value to them and their clients..

"Worst Hospitality and pathetic staff and services."

It is worst property and staff were ridiculously rude. They do not have parking and got my vehicle parked outside on the main road; someone broke our car windshield. Hotel manager: Sidharth refused to help. Terrible experience.
