Comfort Hotel

I liked everything but how small the room was and not being told we had to pay for parking until we checked in

We were not told that we had to pay for parking till we got there that night

The breakfast has been excellent, and the kitchen staff have done a commendable job. The receptionist was also very professional and welcoming. However, the overall ambiance of the hotel requires a general overhaul. The wooden flooring is worn and has started peeling, which detracts from the experience. In addition, the housekeeping standards were below expectations. The housekeeping staff would benefit from further training on the importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. The staff member who assisted us, Oksana, was incredibly helpful and always smiling. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good, the staff was polite and attentive

The rooms need repair, the towels were very old and torn, the toilet didn't drain well because it was broke

The hotel is not far from the falls. The receptionist are of good behavior and helpful and the indoor pool was fairly okay.

The house cleaned need to be improved upon. The three days clean of circle of room is not a good idea.
