"Disappointing"

Just the location

Room had a weird smell. Mold on windows. There was no central AC so AC unit installed in the room was making noise. Breakfast was average.

"Good for 1 night stay"

The location was actually very good. Easy to reach the falls, and you can park the car next to the hotel.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. Also, dining from paper plates is not really something I am very fond of.

"Quiet, clean & Crystal!"

A small group of us are here each week for work, Mon to Friday and it’s got everything we need. I would recommend it to anyone but if you have the absolute privilege to be helped by Crystal, just know you are in the most patient & graceful hands any one human could possibly possess. Shes the best and I will continue to stay here whenever I am staying in Niagara!
