Personale fantastico! Bellissima struttura e posto incantevole. La spiaggia privata sempre perfetta, e pulizia estrema. Bellissima vacanza

"Un piccolo angolo di paradiso"

È la seconda volta che vengo, l'anno scorso a Settembre e quest'anno dal 12 al 19 Giugno con mia madre. Ho avuto modo di conoscere Paola della reception che assieme a Laura ha tenuto conto delle esigenze di camera da me richieste e soddisfatte. Anche i bagnini Francesco ed Andrea persona speciali, oltre ad un bravo e cortese ragazzo del bar di nome Lorenzo. Infine ho conosciuto il Direttore della struttura, il signor Francesco, anche lui persona splendida, del resto come essere altrimenti un un paradiso come questo hotel. Venire e non sarete delusi.

La localisation a l’écart mais suffisamment proche de la ville de Alghero, de l’aéroport et des spots à visiter. La plage privée et la magnifique piscine.

Beautiful ocean front location with lovely swimming beach and two very nice saltwater pools.

We had a poor dinner experience. First, the service was terrible. We were ignored by the server who waited on several other tables before ours, despite us arriving ahead of them. Then we constantly had to call the servers over when we needed to order, have drinks delivered or get the check. Second our main dish of grilled swordfish was terrible. It was thin, overcooked and dry. We were informed that it was fresh, but had overcooked it. They did nothing to remedy the issue,

The view was amazing, loved the free parking and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very helpful. The pool are was gorgeous despite not being able to use the umbrellas.

There were no lifts for heavy bags. The hotel is a long way from anything and really needed to offer a shuttle bus to from the town ( would be happy to pay for it). The umbrellas on the restaurant verandah were all broken. You are charged for your pool towels- even for first use. There was no kettle or cups in the rooms. The hedge around the pool really needs to be trimmed down so the amazing view could be seen.
