El personal

1. Estaba dañado el datáfono para pagar con tarjeta. 2. Como siempre el WiFi con mala cobertura en las habitaciones. 3. Robaron por el área un monedero y porque pasé por la zona y vieron las cámaras sin tener nada que ver con este terrible caso de seguridad, fue la policía (DICRIM) A DECIRME QUE PASÉ POR LA ZONA Y ESTO FUE LO PEOR, EL MAL RATO QUE ME HICIERON PASAR FUE BOCHORNOSO, Y AUNQUE EL HOSPEDAJE NO TIENE NADA QUE VER, ES MUY TRISTE QUE ESTO SUCEDA CON LOS HOSPEDADOS EN ESTE LUGAR, Y LAMENTO MUCHO PERO ES LA ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE VOY POR ALLÍ, FUE MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA.

El servicio de la recepción venezolana y del cubano del restaurante.

La habitación tenía filtración y llovió, y entro mucha agua. La piscina tiene cerámicas partidas y eso le produjo cortadas a mis hijos y mi esposo en sus pies. Deben arreglar la piscina.No está apta para usarla.
