The night supervisor was not friendly or professional at all during check in. And when we needed to change room as it smelt musky, she did not acknowledge the issue or seem to care. Too bad as the rest of the staff was professional. We had the unfortunate situation where there was no hot water on the side we stayed at and another front duty person quickly changed our room to the other side of the hotel. We found it convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel, so we were able to grab a morning coffee.

The fire alarm went off at 6 am and no one let us know what was happening. The guest service did not answer phone on 4 different occasions. The second morning there was no hot water. I had to shower in freezing water to catch my flight. I spoke with thr front desk and not even an apology. Let a lone a discount.
