"Fine hotel"

The pool is very nice and well designed for kids. good service from staff. There is a tennis court. Room are a good size. The restaurant or the hôtel is fine.

Saw cockroaches, had to tell staff to broom under the beds. There is not much at a walking distance from the hotel.

The malecon was a few steps away but still a little far from downtown

The AC wasn't working properly, it was super loud and you could see mold inside of it. The receptionist when we checked didn't put much effort to be friendly. The hotel has seen better days, it was clean but it's not well maintained

La habitación no tenía frigobar y el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido aunque si enfría,las toallas las primeras noches hay que estarlas pidiendo,pero si las llevan

We had to switch rooms cause the restroom door would get stuck and the air conditioning wasn’t working
