Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Wir haben aus Versehen ein Zimmer ohne Badezimmer gebucht was preislich gleich ist mit dem Zimmer mit Badezimmer ist. Dennoch wollte das Personal uns das andere Zimmer nicht geben obwohl wir um 20 Uhr gefragt haben wo sowieso keiner das Zimmer gebucht hätte. Sie haben versucht aus uns noch mal 15 Schweizer Franken rauszupressen obwohl die Zimmer für den gleichen Preis angeboten werden. Das ist wirklich sehr enttäuschend und nicht gastfreundlich. Obwohl ich erklärt habe dass wir extra gekommen sind wegen des Badezimmers war das in egal. Entweder 15 Schweizer Franken mehr zahlen oder nicht. Das Zimmer blieb natürlich über Nacht leer und wir dürften in dem Zimmer ohne Bad bleiben.
