Seems to be the only, or one of the only, properties in the region that included wellness in the price and was also reasonably priced. Cost certainty & affordability is becoming harder and harder, and this place really was a breath of fresh air both figuratively and literally. Beautiful location on the Ore mountains connected to walking and biking trails, plus impeccable facilities and conditions. The wellness area couldn’t be any better - everything is modern, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. This place has an edge over all competition in the area, and we would come here again and again if they continue with this approach!

Can be challenging if you don’t speak German. There is a lack of attempt to speak to you in English even if they seem to know some. Czech is possible with about half the staff which is helpful if you speak it, but English was a challenge with most staff.
