We really liked the family room. For large family like ours, it's difficult to fit into a standard room, and getting two separate rooms makes it inconvenient to constantly move between them. Staying in spacious room that solved this issue was very confortable.

The toilet had issues. It would get clogged every time someone used it for number two. No paper or trash was thrown into the toilet.

Location is the best, i can easy to go shopping mall, service was fine.

I like the area but no one cannot speak English so its sa hard to communicate each other. I ordered meal at the room, so manager said me okay. She didnt ask anything. I just ordered my meal. I waited for 2 hours, After I called them, ask them when will bring my food, she said me i didnt understand. She didnt apologize. I was so nervous. Please someone speak english little.

High quality service and clean

Smoke smell was in the room even it was non smoking floor. 20th floor.
