Hampton Inn and Suites Merced

The Staff in-charge changed our room as the first room was not good.

Room has no view and the bedsheets etc was not clean!!

We liked the included breakfast, although the juices were very water down, not good. We also thought the location was good.

The room we stayed in had a very dirty carpet; the bathroom floors were VERY dirty so was the shower and shower head and handle. The baseboards in the bathroom were broken, and the sink is way too high. I'm 5"4 and I had a hard time reaching over to brush my teeth and wash my face. The dresser and tv area were also very dusty. It would be a good idea to have someone at least once a week go through the rooms to inspect them and more so if they are not frequently used. The whole property had an awful sewer smell.

Very clean and the breakfast was exceptional.

it was o.k. nothing out of the ordinary, one morning there was no breakfast meat,

i had problems with homeless people threatening me, the house cleaning staff was accommodating and nice, the property needed more maintenance and trash emptied, the grounds are not well kept

Breakfast was fine. Glad it was offered early.

Couldn't sleep because large green machine was right outside our window and didn't stop until 6:30. We had just done a long drive and needed a nap. There was no way we could have slept.

Breakfast was great

Everything was great , but if you could have more I for about the services offered would be great.
