"Relaxing and quiet. We're just traveling through and nice to have someone to greet us at 1am."

Breakfast was great, beds very comfortable, nice that there was a coffee and tea service in the lobby staff very nice. Also hotel cleanliness great and lobby area was arranged with pretty furniture a huge flat screen TV enjoyed sitting there and reading.

A mirror on the wall in the room not just in the bathroom.

"Antonio, the desk clerk was fabulous. The female there in the morning was ridiculously stoic.."

Clean comfortable bed.

It was extremely noisy with the window being to the parking lot and the room was next-door to the exit door and ice machine, and the worst part was a false fire alarm that they didn’t know how to turn off at midnight.

Building needs attention, cleaner walls, cleaner elevator, needs keep up like paint, maintenance…Iron did not work and staff was not able to replace it or willing to.
