Good location

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. Called the property twice with no answer either time. Olivia walked up and said hi. We mentioned we had been waiting over 10 minutes for someone so we could be checked in.She said she was with another guest. There was no way for us to know that.No apology was offered. She just mentioned we had an attitude. She also had an attitude. A simple sign on the desk would have gone a long way. She never asked for any ID. We were never given any paperwork. Never asked to sign anything. Just given key cards with a room number on them. No directions to the room. No information about breakfast hours. Nothing. When we were checking out, we asked for a printout from the front desk with some type of receipt since we were given nothing the night before. The woman at the desk told us she couldn't give us one because she "had no paper." I've never been treated so poorly by anyone at a Wyndham hotel before.
