I’m a Hyatt member but decided to stay here because it’s away from hustle and bustle. Everyone here, all the staff members made me feel like home away from home. Shout out to Kathy, Jessica and William for their professionalism and amazing customer service. I want to especially thank Jane and RACHEL who went above and behind to make me feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely bring my family back when I come back to again. Thank you so much Rachel, I won’t forget your kindness and patience.

We arrived way too early for check-in and hope to leave our luggage till the room is ready. Ms. Mina Kim at the front desk greeted our tired faces and worked her magic and we were in our room at noon!
