Easy to describe our 1 night staycation - PERFECTION! Every staff member we encountered made us feel so welcome. Check in was smooth and Tristan was super friendly and efficient and informed us we had been upgraded to a junior suite (we had booked a King room on club level) which was great. The suite was very spacious with a good size bathroom and plenty of closet space. We decided to go to the club lounge for some afternoon snacks before dinner. Club level is well worth it. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well of mid day snacks. Plenty of snacks, light bites and drinks to enjoy. Sammy took great care of us and we enjoyed chatting with him. Reservations at Fearing's for dinner (we have dined here many times) and it was outstanding as always. I had the buffalo tenderloin and my husband had the filet. Chef Fearing came by the table to visit (he always does this and he is so friendly and nice to chat with) as well as the sous chef, the pastry chef and the sommelier Paul. Each and every one was so friendly and took great care of us. The next morning we took advantage of the fitness room which is very nice! Very large and has plenty of cardio equipment and weights/machines to accommodate. Finally it was time for the spa - we were welcomed warmly and we each took advantage of the sauna and steam room. I had a reflexology treatment by Matthew. It was wonderful and super relaxing. My husband had a massage (think his tech was Sheree?) that he really enjoyed. We can't say enough about our stay. Well trained staff, anticipated every need and the staff always had smiles on their faces and were always willing to make our stay enjoyable. Well done RC! We will definitely be back and our next stay will be longer. Thank you again for making a much needed staycation a memorable one!

Discrimination is disgusting! I experienced horrible treatment from staff when celebrating a friend's birthday here. When visiting their rattlesnake bar, a security guard escorted me out immediately and snatched my phone out of my hands for no apparent reason! When I reported it to management, the director of loss prevention was unprofessional and lacked compassion. Ridiculous! I no longer have faith in this company.

Loved the vibe here! In classic Ritz-Carlton style, as you walk into the hotel, you can breathe in the aromas which are very unique to each hotel. Then you hear your favorite Rolling Stones song piped in overhead. The staff was so friendly and the food was distinctively prepared. The bar was a nice rest stop after a day of tours. The weather was unsettled so the patio was not open. It looked like a great place to gather with friends!

This hotel is very dated stuck in the early 2000’s and does not feel like a Ritz. Some reviews said the hotel was renovated, not true at all. Stayed in room 544 from 1/11/2024 -1/13/2024. Room smelled stale, carpet is old. Mattress topper had red and brown spots on it, had to flip it over and use my own mattress protector and sheet set. Only a minibar, no fridge. Not worth the price. Some positive is the staff was very friendly, bed is comfortable and the bar and restaurant downstairs.

Stayed here for five nights over Christmas and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were awesome and the hotel is in such a good location in Uptown with so many other restaurants and bars around like Nobu, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar, etc, and is a pretty short walk to American Airlines Center and The Sixth Floor Musuem at Dealey Plaza. The room was huge and was very modern, and they had done an amazing job decorating the lobby for Christmas. The gym was great too with all the equipment you’d ever need and also nice touches like chilled water, Gatorade, power bars, etc all complimentary. We enjoyed a few drinks most nights at the main bar which was really good too, and on our last night ate at Fearings Restaurant which was faultless.

Stayed here three nights in late December and would echo the other reviewers from the same time period. Everything about the stay was flawless. The valet and bellmen were efficient, check-in was a breeze, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The complimentary truffles and mai-tais also reflected the class and level of service at the hotel. The nightly guacologist presentation is a trip, and the in-house restaurant, Fearing's, is very good. We dined there for both breakfast and dinner, and both the food and the service, particularly from Laura, were outstanding. The location of the hotel is great--a little secluded but still within a 15-minute walk of restaurants and shops. The staff is discreet and professional, and everything about the stay was excellent. It remains the best hotel in the city.

I love this hotel so much and always enjoy my stays here! From the moment I stepped out of my car until I stepped back in, the staff made me feel like a Ritz Carlton should make one feel pampered and cared for! The little touches, such as the guacamologist in the lobby to the world's best shot of margarita this side of the Pecos, you are transported when you enter the lobby and acknowledged by your name by everyone, as it should be. My luggage and the valet were waiting at my door when I stepped off the elevator, and my Titanium status had earned me an upgrade to a fabulous Junior Suite. On the table in the living area was a welcome note with my handwritten name on it and a box of artisan truffles to enjoy as I settled in. This was the evening of an unfortunate power outage in the hotel, but the staff did not miss a beat. The generators kicked on to keep the common areas lit, and an elevator worked for guest use, so we weren't stuck in our rooms. The Ritz Carlton Club was still operational, and the staff laid out beautiful dinner and dessert buffets by lantern light. It was almost a shame that the lights did come back on just over an hour later; it had been that enjoyable. My mobile key wouldn't open the gym door the following day, so I called downstairs as the app prompted me to ask if it could be reset remotely. The desk clerk said not to worry, she would come to me and was there with a new key within two minutes! The gym was excellent, with so many machines and spaces for everything, including a semi-private area for yoga/pilates. Breakfast was great; I especially loved the fresh-pressed juice options. I had mentioned my love of the oatmeal at check-in, and the next day, the chef emailed me the recipe! I wish all Ritz Carltons offered this level of service and excellence, but until they do, I'll continue to proclaim the Dallas location as the best in the country!
