General uncleanliness in most areas, the property surrounding the hotel is a pigsty. Sweep up, empty the garbage and clean up the smoking area daily.

"For one night it was adequate."

Staff addressed problem with our room proactively and efficiently. Adequate breakfast. Large rooms.

Stairways dirty and handrails have screws sticking out that scrape your skin. Overwhelming cleaning product smells. Yappy dog in a room.

When we got there, there was a painting crew redoing the whole place. Very clean and well kept place. Room was huge. Breakfast was perfect. No bacon and eggs but everything else. Definitely would stay there again.

"Much quieter than staying in Ottawa"

It was lovely and quiet, and they put me on the upper floor despite having a dog with me due to the traumatic experience I had the night before trying to sleep under guests who were bowling in their room all night. The room was very clean and had a good fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
