"Bad beds and too loud"

Close to Quebec and the stores in Pembroke

The beds were so uncomfortable and it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring not a mattress. They were hard as a rock. I reported it and nothing was done. There was a second floor of rooms above us and the people were up all night making a racket. I reported this and again nothing was done. They responded quickly but did not action anything.

The rooms were very decently sized and was clean. The staff were very welcoming. The location was also good with Tim Horton and other food options available in a short distance.

Nothing as such. The breakfast was basic in nature and can be improved in future. But no complaints as it was as advertised.
