This hotel is very clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable . There was no protective mattress pad. The staff can make or break a hotel stay. Unfortunately, none of the staff (3) we encountered seemed happy. No smiles, no friendly greetings. We have always loved Residence Inns and we have stayed at this one in the past (pre-pandemic) had great experiences but not this time, sadly.
