Останавливались несколько раз в этом отеле из-за близости выставочного центра.

Все проживание было ипорчено неприятной ситуацией. В ресторане на ужине я оставила на столе свои очки ( дорогие) . Номер нашего номера был известен персоналу, но тем не менее они не были возвращены на ресепшен . Это неприятная ситуация . Я полагаю, что в отелях весь персонал должен быть клиентоориентирован и более честен по отношению к постояльцам.
