Struttura moderna e accogliente in un centro storico interessantissimo, ma altamente degradato.

Akropolis è un bell'hotel, un reperto prezioso tra le rovine della città ed il nostro soggiorno é stato molto piacevole. Purtroppo non è circondato da una bella piazza. L'esterno (non quello dell'albergo) lascia un po' a DESIDERARE, perché situato in un vicoletto che poi sbuca in un piccolo parcheggio. Entrando però è una bellezza. Persone gentile, cortese e simpatico. Check in e check out veloci. Colazione molto buona in un atmosfera storica ed elegante nello stesso tempo. Ottimo caffè ed hotel vicino al centro, al lungomare e alla parte nuova. Camera pulita, elegante e letto da 10 Ringrazio e saluto Debora (mitica barista, receptionist e penso possa fare 1000 altre cose) e il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ieri sera. Non ricordo il nome ma ha i capelli leggermente lunghi. Molto gentile e disponibile. Auguriamo a Debora un felice matrimonio e buon lavoro a tutto lo staff!!! :D CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Toll gelegenes Hotel, das ist Italien urig und spannend. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gut gelegen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Hotel ótimo, bem localizado, próximo do centro. Fomos bem recepcionados, com estacionamento no local. Quartos bem arejados, tamanho bom e boa decoração.

This tired hotel is situated in a very poor and derelict part of the old town. Our room was clean, but the only window overlooked the lift shaft and the curtain fixed so that the window is concealed! Safety deposit box broken and not repaired throughout stay. Terrace bar not functioning as advertised and breakfast poor and basic. Personally would not stay at this hotel again. Walk into town via duomo road littered with dogs and excrement. Fishing harbour in old town was a pleasure to walk through watching fisherman prepare and sell their catch of mussels, oysters etc. At the bridge crossing into new town stands the castle which is free to enter with guided tour. Across the bridge to new town a variety of excellent bars and restaurants can be found and a vibrant, friendly, social nightlife.

Staff couldn't find my reservation. I wanted pasta, they suggested their own restaurant. No pasta for dinner there.

我們因為週末火車班次有限的緣故因此延期抵達，他們接電話後很快就幫我們令另做安排。 飯店位置在老城中心，裡火車站也很近。早餐很豐盛。甚至讓我們先睡，半夜幫我們查詢去阿貝羅貝洛的方式，讓我們一早起來就可順利成行。非常好的服務。 房間有香香的精油，讓我父母都睡的很好！

Beau Palais restauré. Terrasse pour le dîner superbe. Patron très chaleureux, mais vieille ville en mauvais état et sale.

wir hatten 4 tage gebucht, haben freiwillig nach einer nacht das hotel auf unsere kosten verlassen. wir hatten eine junior suite mit whirlwanne gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein normales zimmer, mit dusche und einer vielfalt von haaren, flecken und Staub. das allerschlimmste war die Klimaanlage, die lief auf volltouren, ohne erfolg, machte mächtig lärm aber waren immer um die 30grad im zimmer. mit klienkind sind das nicht akzeptabele zustände. nach reklamieren, haben sie uns nochmal 3 andere kleinere zimmer gezeigt, die klimanalage stand auf 17grad, aber nur auf der anzeige, war schwuel heiss und machten auch lärm, keins als der zimmer war in Ordnung, also blieb uns nichts anderes übrig als die flucht anzutreten. alles in allem käme das hotel bei einem guten tag allerhöchstens auf gut gemeinte 2 sterne.!!
