Staff was knowledgeable about the area

Several things. TV volume didn't work. Sink drained exceptionally slow. That was uncomfortable. Could not go because everywhere else was booked out.

I paid for 2 nights through booking.com and on our way there we had a starter go bad in our pickup. My husband called and asked if we could still have our room for Sat night because we were not going to make it on Friday. They said yes everything would be fine. When we got there they told us it was canceled and he assured us he would get us a room. We stayed that night and the next morning there was more money out of my account. So we ended up paying for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night. The manager assured us again that he would refund the 1 night, we were not looking to be refunded for Friday night because that's a problem we had. It's just that 3rd transaction that pisses me off. Its been 2 weeks and they still have not refunded the 1 night. They are crooks.

Very run down and dirty, bathroom sink was clogged, black slime and sand came up from drain after taking a shower, bed was very uncomfortable, my room was right next to the road and it was very loud. Overall a horrible experience, I wish I could get my money back
