"The stay was okay but could use some improvement"

Breakfast was good, Staff was great and the rooms were clean. Parked the vehicle for a few days their was great. The shuttle dropping us off and picking us up was great.

A water bug(cacaroach) crawling from dinning area, couldn't find the entrance and turned into the best western. The road to the hotel was not lit and very little light at the parking lot. Rooms could use some updating.

The shower was clogged, the floor did not seem clean. The TV had a line coming down the middle.
