The condo was spacious and clean. The problem was not the room it was the office staff. Very unprofessional no customer service. When people would ask if their rooms were ready since check in was not till 4. They would get very argumentative with you. Once gentlemen’s room almost canceled just because he asked if his room was ready.
We have enjoyed staying at Beachgate, especially the short walk to the beach and to the restaurant next door. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The timing of the construction was out only complaint. They weren’t supposed to start before 8:00 a.m. which is a little early for us when we are on vacation but they actually started around 7:35 a.m.

We arrived to a super helpful staff and clean accommodations with a wonderful view of the gulf. We really enjoyed meeting and visiting with many of the residents of Beachgate. Thank you for all of the hospitality!
Nice place; lower rating is regarding “ocean view”. Make sure they put you on level two or three, the ground floor looks into the sand dune, and the ocean is barely visible.
The location is the best thing about the property. It is clean and well managed, but not new or top of line. But in all, it was an excellent value for a place that close to the beach. I would stay there again without hesitation.
Very nice and comfortable
We enjoyed our two bedroom two bath condo with lovely views. The spacious living areas, large TV and comfortable furniture enhanced our vacation. We had everything we needed.
Charming little place. Looks a little run down from the outside (the stairs and landings could use some sanding and paint), which made the neatness of the room surprising. Room was clean. Very small, only 1 small night stand, so no unpacking the suitcase. Bring hangers and a blanket. The quilt had rips and was not much heavier than the sheet. Mattress was terrible. The staff was very friendly. My favorite part was the heated pool and hot tub! Awesome way to end the day, although I wish it were open later. We had to rush back after dinner to have time in the hot tub every day. All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend a week on the beach!
