Connaught Hotel

Fairly priced clean bed

Shower head holder hanging off the wall, toilet paper put in window to stop draught, wire hanging out of casing, mirror not hang properly, décor not finished no tea spoons, bits of crisps on the floor near the bed, lift not working had to walk to our room with are cases to second floor!

Had to change rooms 3 times due to issues with the rooms and even on the 3rd room there was issues but apparently had no other rooms to offer

Everything is perfect staff always on hand to help

Clean tidy and amenities are excellent

Nothing

The property was awful. There was strange people there it was filthy cold and I didn’t even stay. I ended up leaving because it was so dirty and I told the Man In reception I contacted Booking.com but nobody has contacted me back. I can’t believe I paid that money to stay there and had to book another hotel and move.

Not sure what

Sink was blocked. No shower handle. I literally had to use a plastic cup to shower. Told staff about my experience and what got so a what seemed to me as a half baked apology
