"Exceptional"

This was my first stay at the property while visiting Houston. I normally stay at Hotel Derek but this has become my new favorite place. The staff was very professional and friendly and didn’t hesitate assisting when asked. My children and I really enjoyed our stay. Even though it was only one night, we look forward to our next time there.

Im from Louisiana I stayed 3 days because I had a dentist appointment. Beautiful place to stay peaceful and clean. I only had one problem but the manager fixed it. Thankful I'll be staying again in 4 weeks . So comfortable

Everything is nice here and i was thinking bout coming back on my next stay but i get back to my room and all my medication from the dentist is gone. Im very upset because i asked for no service since i been here and came back to a clean room and all my medication is gone. Im very hurt by not having my medicine im in so much pain. Looks like to me no one at front desk cares..very nice and peaceful. Just needed my medicine and its gone
