Everything. The rooms were extremely dirty (ex. Next morning, the owners checked the rooms to see if they needed cleaning and if there wasn't a mess, they just made the bed and that was it). If you are going for a Bills game and think this will save on parking? The hotel wants you out by 9am on game days and will charge you $50 for parking if you aren't gone.

The room has smoke smell and it caused head aches to me and my sister. We travelled 8 hrs to reach the destination and the night was so frustrating. The staff did not give a new room to us. I do not understand how can the staff did not apply any freshener to remove the smoke smell. All the blankets have the smoke smell.

I found the pillows to be flat.

Wasn't able to stay was snow storm couldn't see road at all winds blowing my car from one side to the other side. Ppl were in ditches on both sides me .I rented room online got there said I couldn't have room till 3pm refused to even talk to me .then I got stuff in there parking lot coming out took me 15 minutes to pull outta drive .

Easy access to rooms, large bed, adequate bare essentials. TV worked. Fridge worked. Microwave worked. Heat worked.

Weird smell in check in area. Charging ports next to bed cease to work, made me think my cord was broke, but it wasn’t. Not enough surfaces/tables in room.

It was a good price for just needing somewhere to sleep for the night! It was close to the doctor I was seeing!

The plows were out bright and early to wake everyone up! Thin walls! You could hear everything!
