Spacious room, casino and dining availability, close to Little Caesars Arena

Room was not ready and had to get a different room. No waiting area for guests to wait for their room. One staff advised us the room would be ready within the hour, another staff stated they did not know when room would be ready because they were short housekeeping staff. Staff at one of the dining places got mad because we wanted our food to go, all she had to do was give us a bag so we could carry our food, the food was already in to go boxes. A lot of places lack good customer service skills.
