To ensure a smooth arrival and comfortable stay, please be aware of the following: Property Access: Please note that there are several steps leading up to the main entrance of our property. Additionally, the elevator providing access to the guest rooms is not able to accommodate full-size wheelchairs. Payment Policy: We kindly inform you that cash payments are not accepted at our hotel. Late Arrival Procedure: If your check-in time will be after 11:00 PM, we request that you contact the hotel before 10:00 PM on your arrival day to let us know. If prior notification is not received by 10:00 PM, a late check-in charge of up to £50 may be applied, at the hotel's discretion. Dining Update: Our restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed. This means we will not be serving breakfast or any other food items during this time. Our front of house team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, so please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we make these improvements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
